Earlier, I reported that Lindsay Lohan was arrested for a DUI last night. People now reports of a “a substance tentatively identified as “a usable amount of cocaine” in connection with the accident.” This is going to hurt Linds…
This reports is based on Lt. Mitch McCann, media relations officer for Beverly Hills police department, who held a press conference and reported of a “A usable amount of an illegal narcotic tentatively identified as cocaine was recovered and booked.” However, he refused to mention where exactly the substance was found. “She was charged with a misdemeanor,” he said, and added, “there is a potential for additional charges.”

It’s been long overdue, but the recent rehab stories as well as the promises on national TV saying “I no longer party irresponsibly” are no longer relevant… Lindsay Lohan was arrested last night morning for DUI.
Lindsay Lohan was arrested after the 2005 Mercedes SL-65 which she was driving went off the road and hit a bush and a tree, suffering “major damage”. Lohan herself was lightly injured but should be okay.
The good part about the story is that Lohan actually took off (w. the car) and the report actually came in via the 911 line. She was later on located at Century City Hospital and the car was located parked in a nearby condo complex.

For those of you who wondered about Lindsay’s “calm” response to the $1,000,000 NYE jewelry gift given to her by Scott Storch, this may be the real reason. She’s seeing the daddy of “Girls Gone Wild”, Joe Francis.
Friends of Lohan say Francis was with her when she went to the hospital two weeks ago to have her appendix out, and they planned to leave Saturday for a mini-vacation at Francis’ Mexican estate, but decided to stay in town. “Neither of them could resist the lure of the Golden Globe parties,” laughed our spy.

The diners at the Kobe Club had a great reason to lose their appetite this past Wednesday, they saw Lindsay Lohan’s mom, Dina Lohan, misbehaving right in front of their eyes (as if it is anything new…). She showed up at the Kobe Club in a “really short dress and boots,” she was joined by a stranger which was “all over her.”
“Dina had a napkin in her lap and hiked up her dress,” a source says. “The guy put his hand under her napkin . . . It went on for like five minutes.” After the guy realized he was being watched, he stopped whatever it was he was doing. Dina’s rep said, “That’s a disgusting lie and it’s completely untrue.”

The tabloid reports that On December 22, less than a month after ex Britney Spears partied with Lindsay Lohan, the aspiring rapper, 28, texted the actress, 20, suggesting, “We should hang out.”
Lindsay’s response? “She was totally grossed out,” said an insider, “She thought it was hilarious.” KFed, who did not appreciate Lindsay’s “Why would I hang out with you?” reply fired back at her calling her “firecrotch.”
Another source added “Lindsay couldn’t believe he was so pathetic. She doesn’t want him using her to make Britney jealous.”

This is what happened to Lindsay Lohan, this past New Years Eve at Mansion in South Beach. Lindsay has, surprisingly, got herself a new secret fan, it is music producer, Scott Storch, who, reportedly, earned more than $70 million as a music producer, and gave Lohan $1 million worth of diamond jewelry as a gift.
According to spys at the party the jewelry consisted of “the sickest diamond necklace and ear rings” and a three-stone diamond ring. Others added that Storch “has a total crush on her,” claims one insider, while others say “he just wants to do her music.”
On another note, spies at the party also reported that two of Lindsay’s exes - Wilmer Valderrama and Jared Leto - were in the crowd and “couldn’t keep their eyes off her.”
