Dina Lohan Misbehaves in Public

The diners at the Kobe Club had a great reason to lose their appetite this past Wednesday, they saw Lindsay Lohan’s mom, Dina Lohan, misbehaving right in front of their eyes (as if it is anything new…). She showed up at the Kobe Club in a “really short dress and boots,” she was joined by a stranger which was “all over her.”
“Dina had a napkin in her lap and hiked up her dress,” a source says. “The guy put his hand under her napkin . . . It went on for like five minutes.” After the guy realized he was being watched, he stopped whatever it was he was doing. Dina’s rep said, “That’s a disgusting lie and it’s completely untrue.”
